Author’s Thinking Rhetorically Note

Beyond academy, I’d like to engage with law makers, government workers and  ordinary people about the topic. Law makers are the most important part to protect the privacy. There are conflicts between the civil law and emergency guidance of infectious diseases. In civil law, there is a sentence that ‘in special condition, government can take special measures.’ It is vague which requires law makers to make it more detailed. As to ordinary people, it can be divided into two parts—Patients and healthy people. Patients will more focus on privacy protection which is closer to my position and healthy people will care more about controlling the spread of disease and many of them will hold the opposite view. I use PPT with content in English. I have concluded the cases background and as Covid-19 is a world pandemic I don’t need to conclude much of the virus. I think for healthy people who are possibly ignore the necessity to protect the privacy, they will have a new perspective to examine the measures and will be more understanding about the request of patients. For patients, they will connect to my text the most, because it will be helpful for them to be more aware of the personal information leaks and many of them may even have a emotional resonance. The genre is PPT and it incorporate both text and pictures. The text is just part of my argument which is divided into two parts. The first part is about the complexity to reach the balance of privacy and public health and the second part is about the reason why I prefer privacy than public health to some extent. The limitation of the text is that unlike video games, ppt can’t have a good experience in interacting but I have tried to use exaggerating size of words, different colors to offer an experience like reading picture books which will be easy to understand and saves a lot of time.
